I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Keds España on 1st July 2022. The money was taken from my UK bank account on July 6th by a company called ATOMICFOTOFUN. I was informed at the time of purchase to allow 15 working days for delivery. The only form of contact is via an email. I have sent two. No replies. I tried to speak with the UK shop. No phone number. I am about to report this to my bank as fraud and to ring the HQ in the USA to let them know what is being done under the KEDS name.

Boy u guys really messed up when u decided to get rid of the crashback,not evrryone wants to be on 2 layers, i have to give u credit for the crashbacks which i ordered alot

Placed an order a month ago (17.05.2022) and has not arrived yet. Got 3 messeges saying: "Due to the influence of the virus,the date of the arrival will may be delayed.Please be patient."

Bought a pair of Keds rifle paper size 9 wide, loved, tried them, thought they fit, but a while later realized they hurt my bunion. And, in fact ,gave me a blister on my bunion. They are not wide. Unfortunately I wore them outside so cannot return then. Very disappointed…narrow shoes!

I always buy my granddaughter's tennis shoes from Ked's online and the sizes are always accurate.

Placed order a week ago has not shipped yet. No email saying there was a delay and when spoke with an agent was told I can give you the warehouse number and you can see if you can speed them up. ??? I order for a gift with plenty of time to get here but not now. Thanks keds I'll call your warehouse...Keratin C. thank for no help

Placed a "Rush" order on Friday. Item still not shipped as of Monday night. Was told any orders placed after 10:30 on a Friday are considered "weekend" orders and not shipped until Monday. Was not informed at time placing order. Was told they have no way of contacting warehouse to determine status and whether it is now with FedEx. Would not recommend ever ordering from them. Too unreliable.

Ordered a Spiderman figure off them and it’s a fake. Don’t buy from them.
